Photography is both a creative service and a licensed product. These policies are designed to clearly explain how images can be used, how products are delivered, and what to expect when working together.
Because we offer a variety of services, including real estate photography, portrait sessions, events, and fine art prints, different types of photography come with different usage rights.

Portrait sessions are intended for personal use
Real estate and business-related photography includes commercial usage
Prints and products are custom-made and handled with care
These guidelines help protect both the client and the photographer while ensuring consistency, quality, and fairness across all services.

1. Copyright & Image Use

Images may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, edited, or used in any form without prior written permission.

2. Licensing Agreement
Image Licensing & Usage
When you hire Aaron’s Studio Photography, LLC dba Aaron Cooper's Photography, you are purchasing a license to use images, not ownership of the images.
Real Estate Photography
Agents are granted a limited, non-transferable license to market the specific property photographed
Usage includes MLS, social media, and listing websites
License expires once the property is sold or listing is no longer active
Images may not be reused for future listings without written permission
Event Photography
Clients receive a personal or promotional usage license
Images may not be sold, altered, or submitted to publications without written permission
Commercial Use
Any commercial, advertising, or resale use requires a separate licensing agreement.
3. Model Release
Model Release & Usage
By participating in a photography session or attending an event photographed by Aaron’s Studio Photography, LLC dba Aaron Cooper's Photography, you grant permission for images to be used for:
Portfolio display
Website and marketing
Social media promotion
Educational or competition use
If you prefer not to have your image used, please notify us in writing prior to or immediately following the session/event.
4. Print & Product Policy
Prints, Albums & Product Policy
All prints, wall art, albums, and products (including portrait prints, fine art prints, and calendars) are made to order through Aaron’s Studio Photography, LLC dba Aaron Cooper's Photography or its professional print partners.
Portrait Products (Prints & Albums)
Portrait prints and albums are custom-designed and produced based on client selections
Due to the personalized nature, all portrait product sales are final
Clients are responsible for reviewing selections, cropping, and album layouts prior to final approval
Fine Art Prints & Products
Landscape prints, wall art, and calendars are also made to order
Slight variations in color, tone, and cropping may occur depending on print medium and size
Returns & Replacements
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Please include photos of the damage for review
Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or product selection
Color differences due to screen calibration
5. Education, Workshops & Training Policies
Aaron’s Studio Photography, LLC dba Aaron Cooper's Photography offers educational content including workshops, webinars, and training sessions focused on photography techniques, outdoor experiences, and professional development.
Registration & Payment
Full payment is required to secure your spot unless otherwise stated
Limited spots may be available depending on the class or workshop
Registration is non-transferable unless approved in writing
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or workshop
With proper notice, you may:
Transfer your registration to a future class within one calendar year
Request a full refund
Cancellations within 24 hours may be considered for partial credit at our discretion
No-shows may forfeit registration without refund
Weather & Outdoor Conditions (important for you)
Many workshops involve outdoor environments.
Classes may proceed in varying weather conditions unless safety is a concern
If conditions are unsafe, the workshop may be rescheduled
Participants will be notified as early as possible
Participant Responsibility
By attending a workshop, participants acknowledge:
They are responsible for their own safety and well-being
They should bring appropriate gear, clothing, and equipment
They participate at their own risk, especially in outdoor environments
Image Use & Educational Content
Photos taken during workshops may be used for marketing, social media, and educational purposes
Participants may use their own images for personal portfolios
Recording & Content Use (important for webinars)
Webinars or classes may be recorded
Recordings may be made available to registered participants or used for internal educational purposes
Content may not be copied, redistributed, or resold
Intellectual Property
All educational materials, presentations, and instruction provided are the intellectual property of:

Edited, altered, or filtered beyond standard social media cropping
Commercial Use

Headshots & Branding Sessions

If images from a personal session (including senior, family, wedding, or modeling sessions) are later used for business, branding, or promotional purposes, a commercial license must be purchased.
11. Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Some items may ship as quickly as the next business day depending on the product and print partner
Certain fine art or competition-level prints may require additional review time prior to shipment to ensure quality and presentation
Quality Review
Select orders may be reviewed prior to fulfillment to ensure color accuracy, cropping, and overall quality
This may add additional processing time when applicable
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on product type and destination
Typical delivery ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment
Multiple Shipments
Orders may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled by different print partners
